Each 5 ml of syrup contains:

• Guaifenesin - 100 mg

The dosage may vary depending on the age and condition of the patient. Typically, Pertussin syrup is administered orally every 4 hours for adults and children over 12 years old, while children aged 6-12 years old can take it every 6 hours.
